What you'll do...
This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Leads implementation of functionality, designs, and quality by designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools and resources using scripting languages to improve intranet management and user experience; providing guidance to team on platform functionality, communication approaches, and intranet quality standards; ensuring content and digital communications methods align with the intranet strategy; collaborating with key stakeholders (for example, Walmart Technology, third-party providers) to maintain, support, and enhance the intranet platform; developing and overseeing implementation of issue resolutions with critical partners (for example, Walmart Technology); leading web development projects (for example, micro sites, toolkits, field communication tools, banner images) that support business goals and align with design vision; auditing and tracking content variables (for example, expiration dates, accuracy, relevance); and overseeing the resolution of audit concerns.
- Leads the complex intranet projects by defining the scope and objectives of the project; collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business needs, strategy, success criteria, risks, and requirements of projects; defining process changes and enhancements to support requirement and system changes; coordinating and communicating project activities (for example, business requirements, risk assessment, current and desired diagrams, target date); ensuring tasks are executed as defined in the schedule in order to achieve goals; managing changes to the plans (for example, scope, schedule); and identifying and establishing performance standards and metrics to provide performance feedback.
- Consults on proposed business solutions by collaborating with key stakeholders to interpret and evaluate requests; developing and maintaining an understanding of business operations and technical systems; conducting risk analysis and providing recommendations for resolutions; identifying and providing recommendations on improvements; ensuring solutions align with business goals and objectives; analyzing solutions, processes, and projects for business impact metrics (for example, effectiveness, hit rates); communicating customer goals, objectives, and strategy to cross[1]functional project teams; and influencing implementation approach and prioritization to maximize resource utilization.
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Travel
Traveling is necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position.
Travels domestically to and from multiple facilities or work-sites requiring an overnight stay.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or related field and 3 years’ experience in digital
communications, application development, marketing, technical project management, or related field OR 5 years’ experience in digital communications, application development and/or support, marketing, web content management, technical project management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years’ experience in web content management or related field.
4 years’ experience with developing complex/large-scale business solutions.
4 years’ experience in project management.
2 years’ experience in data analytics.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
